Governance

Learn@Work is governed by two committees, Product and Content, consisting of elected members from the University community. The committees are tasked with ensuring optimal performance of all existing and new features as well as the effectiveness of web-based content to ensure a streamlined user experience.

Product Committee Primary Responsibilities

  • Review updates in Learn@Work releases of new and enhanced functionality
  • Review requested changes in Learn@Work
  • Assess the risk of change and its impact on our customers
  • Report decisions to the Learning Administrator community and Executive Sponsors

Content Committee Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the learning materials in Learn@Work based on established standards and guidelines
  • Provide critical feedback to content creators
  • Review and approve new standards and guidelines to meet the changing needs for technology and adult learning
